Questions, corrections, or a well problem you’d like us to cover? We’d like to hear from you.

Email: the easiest way to reach us is hello@wellhandbook.com. Write as much or as little as you like. We read every message.

Comments: you’re also welcome to leave a comment on any of our guides. Comments are moderated, so we read them before anything is published. If your note is a private message rather than a public comment, just say so and we won’t publish it.

Before you write

  • Emergencies: if your water suddenly changes color, smell or taste after flooding, or someone is sick, stop drinking it and call your local or state health department. We can’t give emergency advice.
  • Test results: we’re happy to point you to good sources, but we’re not a lab or a licensed water professional, so we can’t interpret your specific results or diagnose your system. Your lab or a certified well contractor can.
  • Corrections: please include the page and what looks wrong. A source helps us fix it faster.
  • Contractors and experts: if you work on wells and would be willing to answer a few questions for an article, we’d love to hear from you. We always credit you by name, with your permission.

We don’t accept payment for reviews or placement. Companies asking about sponsored posts or link swaps will get a polite no.
